Duties

To oversee daily account management related tasks and projects having direct contact with multiple size business accounts. Prioritize customer needs, project requests and communicate consistently with customers to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction and client retention.

Qualifications

Working knowledge of MS Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and have a basic understanding of DVI accounting practices. Strong customer service and communication skills. Demonstrable financial, analytical, and presentation skills, supported by the ability to gather, interpret and manipulate data to produce financial reports and client presentation up to, and including, the executive level. Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with professional composure. Ability to organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines. Ability to understand and use sales, trade, and marketing concepts and methods with customer and with functional groups related to sales activities. Ability to effectively interpret and use multiple information sources to develop customer-specific tactical plans and options. College degree required* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the travel industry required. Experience in a client service/account management role for corporate clients, and a proven ability in working with industry suppliers to achieve maximum savings/negotiations for customers preferred. *Relevant experience above and beyond the required may be substituted for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.

Sales Executive

Duties

Perform sales prospecting via phone, professional networking, or other appropriate methods. Utilize consultative sales skills, including the ability to discover customer problems via discovery calls to establish value of DVI's services Lead sales calls to sell DVI's products and services. Prepare sales materials including proposals and PowerPoint presentations. Work with Marketing to develop and initiate various demand generation campaigns. Provide marketing, product management, and other teams with prospect feedback on DVI's product and services to help steer future development efforts. Deliver sales presentations to varied audiences ranging from travel managers to the C-suite. Meet annual sales quotas of either revenue or client wins based on directives from Sales leadership. Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM information on sales activity, prospect information, and overall pipeline status. Actively participate in the travel and procurement communities to evangelize the DVI vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account specific initiatives. Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team­ oriented startup environment. Overnight travel will be required (approximately 50% of the time)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Management or related field. Three to Five years SaaS sales experience required. No GDS or travel industry experience required though helpful.

Software Engineer II

Duties

This position provides high quality application development for Data Visual Intelligence (DVI) applications. Software Engineers serve as a vital resource in designing, developing, tuning and maintain applications from a performance and security standpoint. The Developer must possess strong analytical skills coupled with unparalleled, professional communication skills. Strong multi-tasking skills are required as a Developer must juggle multiple, high priority items simultaneously while maintaining professionalism. Strong technical problem solving (issue identification and prioritization) skills are essential for this role which also includes troubleshooting issues for complex database applications. Individual will interact with business users, business analysts, quality assurance analysts, software development teams, vendor representatives, and infrastructure teams to resolve application and environment problems. There may be a need for evening and weekend support for critical issues.

Qualifications
Minimum of three (3) of experience in a Data Related/Machine learning Environment or have completed a Master’s Program in Data Science or related discipline. Degree in CS, CIS, DIS or related discipline or equivalent work experience. Experience working in an Agile environment. Familiar with Agile tool suites (Jira, TFS, etc).
